Fraser Highway - The Lower Mainland

Several mile posts have been found - all are on the south side of the Fraser Highway - miles were apparently measured from the main Vancouver Post Office - they weigh about 2000lbs each -

Milepost 24 is across the highway  from Castles sewing machines at 18550 Fraser Hwy

Milepost 25 is across the Fraser Highway from what used to be La Masia restaurant at 64th Ave

Milepost 26 would have been in Langley City at 200th Street

Milepost 27 would have been at around 208th Street

Milepost 28 is near a small creek across from the airport - very deep down in the ditch

Milepost 30 is at the east end of the potato field of Ralph's produce

Milepost 31 is west of Hibbs driveway at 23512 Fraser Hwy beside a power pole and is partly buried

Milepost 32  is very visible about a quarter mile east of 240 St

Milepost 33 is across the highway from Poppy Golf Course

Milepost 34 is next to the bus stop east of 256 St

Milepost 35 is just east of 264th Street, very visible

Milepost 36 would have been in front of Del Pollo Restaurant (but is missing)

Milepost 37 isin front of cedar trees about 25 feet east of the former Blue Star Motel site - now a Tim Horton's

Milepost 38 is about 100 feet east of Bradner Rd

Mileposts 58 & 59 are located at the intersection of Yale Road and Sumas Prairie Road (southwest corner) while one mile further is milepost 60

Milepst 66 is located in the front garden of 46780 Yale Road, just east of downtown Chilliwack

Milepost 67 is located near the Sealtest outley (47582 yale Road)

Milepost 97 Today this stretch of Old Yale Road in Hope is a quiet residential street, however it is on the North side of the street?.
