Today
the world is changing rapidly and for many anything to
do with our past is a great source of fascination and
often the opportunity to think about the past is restful
and reassuring of our future. There
are many hidden and unknown treasures waiting for our
enjoyment. One of these is mileposts. Simple structures
with the sole purpose of letting traveler's know their
location and direction. Our mileposts are rapidly vanishing
due to new development and hopefully we will think twice
before we knock the next one down.
